I'm also hoping to ride to Alaska next year (do the run to Prudhoe); due to my crazy work schedule, I will need to schedule my trip from Mid-June to Mid-July (if next year is like this year).
This works for me Rem!!! Just DO IT!!! Pick a date and location (I assume Whitehorse) and post up all the details. People will come - trust me!!! Many will plan their trips to Alaska around your date.rem said:Maybe we can to the first annual Tenere thing then
Thanks for "volunteering" Rem!!! Yes, I'd guess the dates can float for a while, but many will need to arrange vacations, etc. Of course us retired folks just get up and go whenever we want............. 8)rem said:OK I'll get started on it when I get back. I think we can let the dates float a little at first, within a range. I'll see if I can get commitment from Yamaha (local and national), Yukon Territorial Government and City of Whitehorse. Perhaps Harley might want to .... KIDDING. I'll keep you posted on my progress, assuming I have any. Bye for now. R
