I think it will sell in the city urban market!!
Detroit has become a adventure in itself with miles of empty streets and dirt lots, sort of like I am Legend setting.
Dual front disc breaks is that necessary?

I like it, I'm sure they'll delete the twin front rotors if they launch the scooter/ bike, it is a 750cc so will have considerable get up and go. Central Europe is rammed with scooters , it seems like the only way to get around and if it cuts down congestions in inner cities I'm all for that. However......................... I'm waiting for this;

I like it, but I'm partial to scooters 8) I don't see a problem keeping the dual front rotors, my T-Max had 'em.I loved to stopping power on that machine. It will be interesting to see what price point it hits,I see a DCT NC700X to be more practicle, at least for me.

A 750cc scooter ???

Give them credit for trying. It will probably sell especially in Europe.

But that big gap in front of the seat scares me. I'd wear a cup in case I had to hit the brakes. ???

looks like something a lady would ride.
I guess that would make me a lady then...... also willing to bet it would hit 0-40 mph faster than most sport bikes, especially in light-to-light traffic.

Too funny. Your nuts are right up against your Tenere tank when you ride now. If'n you crack them every time you hit the brakes you may have a problem. But if you moved your tank a foot forward, um, you won't ever hit your nuts will you? Ever.

Unless you're one of those types who think that if the cable snaps on an elevator you can just jump up in the air at the last second before impact and you'll be ok..... ::015::

Most of the rest of the world (i.e everywhere including California, but not the rest of the USA ::025::) allows lane-splitting/filtering up to the front of the queue at traffic lights. Scooters and especially kickass scooters like this 750cc thing rule in that world.

The Tenere sucks in comparison when tasked with the drudgery of inner city combat. Um, that would require a nimble, lighter, short wheel base, ideally a twist and go transmission with both feet free to do what needs to be done when surrounded by slow and stopped cars in traffic jams and enough power ::26:: to be fun. Throw in a bit of attitude and maybe an ADV kind of scooter would be great in the city environment.

I may be biased......... queue a pic of one of my other 'bikes'

This one did a 1000 mile day including 602 sets of traffic lights.

Upside down forks, ABS, 530ccs, belt drive.....

You guys need to realise that scooters aren't just for the ladies.

I can see a super scoot in my future.... not sure when... but I think it will happen..... a few months back rode a 500CC Piaggio down to a dealership for a mate.... nearly got done by a mobile speed camera van in a 70 zone ....I'd have never lived that one down ::001::

a scooter that looks like a bike from the front has got to be a good idea, cars here seem to give scooters a hard time compared to bikers

might be tempted by an electric version as a town bike??

I dig it !! As im getting older scooters and trikes are looking better as time goes on. Put a set of bags and a topbox and then you could tour with it .
