Good News Everyone!

With the help of some fellow forum members, I was able to create a file compatible with the CNC saw at work, and have successfully created my first batch of Tenere's made out of Tempurpedic memory foam.

Rolling off of the cutting line:

Thanks again for the help converting the file to something that would work with my machine.
So I will have these, and some sportbike ones I made last year at the rally for swag.

It is tough pulling a 12 hour shift at night in a mattress factory.
fortunately, I'm the senior guy, so everyone pretty much leaves me alone unless something major breaks.
My projects, and hours, (4day-12 hour shift), are what keeps me here.
Nothing like 3 day weekends to hit the road, ride the rockies, and relax.

After much angst you will have to move my "maybe" attending to "not coming" I was trying to be semi-retired/unemployed this year and it hasn't worked out.
I left my business as it interfered with my riding time ::025:: (It was a highly seasonable business, summer season unfortunately)
Fall & winter were ok, I stayed busy with home projects, BSA restoring & S10 total makeover :exclaim: :exclaim:
Then a couple weeks ago a company up here decided they needed me It felt good to be needed but I actually tried to talk them out of it. After several meeting I decided to commit for the summer season, so what just happened :'(. I left my own business because I wanted the summer free then I took another job that is even more intense :question:. Oh well I will have to make up for this faux-pax in the fall & winter. Baja here I come ::26::

Sorry to hear that Pat but good luck with the new venture. I know what it's like to retire, unretire, retire, etc. lol.

Hey guys!

After reviewing the map I see a distinct lack of people from the pacific northwest. So in the interest of diversity, (well as diverse as a bunch of people can be that all ride the exact same motorcycle), emgee and I have stepped up to the plate and made reservations at the KOA.

I look forward to meeting and putting faces with a bunch of like minded motorcyclist, and reconnecting with those from last year.
