That sort of outrageous and impractical car design can't hold a candle to the sort of weird stuff that's part of the Bosozoku car culture in Japan.

I rode the S10 across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge once, and even mild wind felt really dicey. I suspect if that thing crossed in even light wind, it would go from car to un-aerodynamic airplane to submarine in a pretty short expanse of time.
It's easy to see what inspired the design, though....
