One of the more bizarre things I experienced on a Tenere was leading a race of those guys. Near Killington ski resort, got to a stop sign and turned right. A bunch of racers, trikes in hand exiting a rental truck. Road is lined with hay bails and spectators. Clearly, the crowd was not there to watch 2 Super Teneres slowly ride the course. As long as the road is closed, and I don't have to pedal back up, that looks fun as hell.
checkswrecks…..or any other….I would like you to see the video of the avalanche…between minute 1.01 and 1.25……where did those other skis come from??….if the one buried in the snow had a snowboard…..or Was there another person buried right there or nearby…or was it a fake vid?And that's how it really is...in the avalanche ski survival courses, they always emphasize that when it's impossible to escape the avalanche, "take off your skis/board", and try to "swim" in the snow to stay afloat , and put your hands in front of your face to create an air chamber (all this descending together with the avalanche at 130 mph without hitting anything and without knowing where it is up or down)….and here, He was rescued thanks to the fact that his board was visible and he was hooked on it (or maybe at some sign of rescue)….but in that state he must have had no air, only for a couple of minutes
