Got these from off-the-road.de (great store!)

As always with SW Motech, good product, hilariously funny instruction flyer and excellent result!

Just unbolt the 4 handlebar bolts, take off the brackets. Slowly let the bars rest. Then place the SW Motech blocks in between, replace the 4 OEM bolts with the 4 provided (including washer) and you're good to go!

These heighten the handlebars by about 25mm.

Be sure to torque the bolts to spec and use a little locktite. No binding, no problems with cables at all!

Testride will follow, so far the bars feel way better!

Nice report. Thanks for the info. I know that some here have already looking into raising their bars. I won't know til I've put a few miles on her, but it sure is nice to have the benefit of having current owners on this forum to blaze the modification trail for the rest of us.

I did the same thing for my DL, posting silly little reviews with at least some info all over the internet. At least this way some people will get an impression of the farkle, and they have someone who they can ask questions. That's how it works :)

Risers are nice but with the many handlebar bends available from the off-road world I will likely just go with a different handlebar bend if I need adjustments.
