Hey Trevor,

Good to see you still exploring.
Do you still have a SPOT? I miss tracking your progress.

Still enjoy following you. When you left, you said that you were riding home to Perth. Since the Earth is about 24,000 miles around and you are at 100,000, I do continue to question your navigation capability.
:D

Thanks for the update on the bike.

Amazing trip. Well beyond my ability.

Where is the last picture. Large block built church. Looks really remote. How far from anywhere?

Awesome! Thank you for the excellent report, and the wonderful pictures. May God continue to bless you on your adventure! You are truly living the reason we all buy and ride this bike.

Dirt_dad, Iran was smurfing awesome, by far the warmest, friendliest people of the trip. I wrote about it on Facebook but I'll put together a post here soon.

I have heard this over and over again, how long did it take you to get you a visa?

I would like to add you on FB if I may.

Visa was pretty easy, used an agent in Netherlands, they submit the application and within 2 weeks came back with an approval number. Then it's just a matter of presenting yourself and passport to the Iranian embassy that you've previously nominated, and the next day you have the visa.

I'm Australian, but it's a problem for Americans in that you need to go with a guide. I hear they are working on easing visa restrictions, and that problem should go away I imagine if the nuke agreement goes through.

No worries on facebook.com/aroadanywhere

For the kind of beating this bike has been through I am "very" impressed that so little else has gone wrong. Your trip puts to rest any question whether this bike will do the job.
Good luck with the rest of your journey.

Thanks for another great post Trevor. I remain awed and impressed with your positive attitude and ability to put a smile on nearly any experience, make new friends and have a good time doing it all. ::008:: ::012:: And most of all, to do what you did in the beginning, just GO. I haven't caught you quite yet in miles at 94k, with some of the same issues along the way, but I've also not left North America on the Super Ten, so not nearly as challenging miles as you have put on. Keep at it and keep your wonderful attitude and love of life.

Happy Trails
