Hi Folks,
I know this question must have been asked many times before, however I have spent days looking for an answer as to where I can find the connector on my bike and have failed so far.
Basically, I would like to attach an electronic circuit to my brake light wiring for more visibility and Brake Light Modulator - Vizi-tec SupaBrake-3 is what I have opted for. (picture attached).
Now, I would need to find the brake light connector (under driver's seat?) and connect the kit. I have attached another picture which shows all there is under the seats.
Any advice is much appreciated.
Thanks

Mine was, iirc, tucked up in the rear tail section under the passenger pillion. I added additional led brake lights by connecting to that three wire connector. Got mine from japan via eastern beaver.

Gunslinger,
Thank you for your response. I found the followings under the seats: (Picture attached)
1. Driver seat: A 4-way connector.
2. Passenger seat: another connector which obviously is not three-way.

Would that be possible to send me a link of the brake modulator you purchased from Eastern Beaver?
Many thanks

Hey. Sorry for the confusion. I got the plug from eb. What i was installing was a set of led strips that i used to frame my plate. Since the rear light is already led, its a super easy addition.

The connector you are looking for is underneath a plastic cover covering the abs unit. On my 2012 to get the cover of requires removing the seat latch mechanism and I believe the rear fuel tank mount.

Being a newbie, I am not certain I can ask another question not completely relevant to the title of the original post, in here. Please let me know if I need to open a new thread and move this post to there.
Id like to get two sets of Denali lights for my bike. I have got the heated grip, sat nav and phone holder installed before. I read somewhere that other bikers have fitted Eastern Beaver PC8 to prevent all the wires and connectors from the auxiliary devices clutter the space under the fairings. Has anyone fitted PC8 to their bike? is it useful?
Thanks

Yes a power distribution block with a good relay is key if you want to connect more than say 2-3 accessories.

Especially on the Gen 1 bikes, the PC8 is a very popular choice, since there is a nice gap for it under the upper right side cowling (its where I had mine installed) Take a look in the tech forums in the electrical and lighting section, there are plenty of install threads there.
