Have you spoken with anyone at Star City? I noticed they are on the ECU site, I planned to talk to them before I handed over my ECU. Close enough I'd drop it off in person while I'm in the mountains fishing or whatever.
Thanks for replies guys. I actually have not spoken to them yet. I have a business trip planned for Roanoke and thought I would walk in with ECU in hand.
That was until I noticed the guy in jersey doin them for $100. I'm contemplating going that route as it seems ridiculous to charge 400 + for what is equal to updating your iPhone SW. Anyway, sending it off to this gentleman has a whole lot of other uncertancies. It sure seems worth a shot, but a new ECU is big bucks.

I had mine done there and couldn't have been happier. Great people to deal with. Ask for Adam kellam. It's a family owned place and their customer service was great. I'll probably drive the 3.5 hrs to have them do my valves.
