New 21 Reg. ST arrived today with tank resprayed BMW mineral white metallic with gloss lacquer. Now to add all of the farkles accumulated on the previous ‘14 and ‘17 models (just had to get one of the last ones here in the UK)!

Many, many years ago Dream Machine painted a new “large” tank on my Harley Sportster, but they put it back in the polystyrene packing too soon, so it had the imprint in the lacquer!! I tried calling them earlier this month, but nobody answered the phone and after a couple of fifteen minute waits I gave up. I can recommend Flakey’s Custom Paint Studio just outside Bromsgrove, though.I would have a word with Dream Machine. Been around for years and very well rated.

My new ST bike tank was done at Ocean BMW‘s paint shop in Plymouth, who did a great job (it’s a long story).
