Spoke Nipple Sugestion

Hi Guys
Just a suggestion ..
What if you put some RTV(silicon) sealant on the top inside of the nipple "bore", just enough that the nipple would not fall out, but that you could still pass the "bit" to adjust the spoke.
I have only looked at the pics of the bores briefly, so I don't really know of this is possible.

Just checkem occasionally. It only takes a minute and they are usually okay after initial set in.

That is true and you get a visual of the general area.
BTW, I was also thinking of taking one of those spring type roller split pin and cutting them into sections and pushing them into the spoke bore, but I don't know if this would stress to spoke bore boss too much.
One of the other guys suggested a circlip...but that sort of mod would almost certainly have to originate in the manufacturing process.
Nice idea though.
