On my last bike ('02 Wing) I had installed a one way valve replacement for the bleed screw that made bleeding the hydraulic lines a snap, and it was a one man job. I also put them on my Ford Explorer and it made my fluid exchange a sinch!

I want to install these on my S10 when I put on the longer lines (so I can put on the Rox Risers, so I can reach the bars!) but the vendor does not have the information as to the thread size (pitch, diameter, and length) of the three bleed screws for the brakes, or for the clutch.

Does anyone out there have this information?

If anyone is interested, the company's web site is https://www.speedbleeder.com. However, at this time, the S10 is not yet listed.

Thanks.

I'm always too cheap, just a rubber tube with a loop above the bleed screw and then into a waste vessel. The loop builds up some fluid before it drains out so you don't have close the bleed each time you pump, making it an easy one man job. Just don't open the bleed really loose, otherwise it could suck in some air thruogh the threads.

I use a vacuum bleeder... very quick and easy. It helps to have a friend keep the reservoir filled while you do it.

For the record, I was able to install the 2" ROX risers with out the use of the long lines. No binding at full lock. I think it depends on how far back you are rotating them. (and it seems our bikes have some variation in the length of the stock hoses) I did have to bend the guides a bit to create a little extra slack. But just thought I would throw it out there, might be worth a shot to do the risers and then see if you do in fact need the long lines..
