After removing my OEM panniers some 5+ years ago and running SW Motech Soft Luggage and the great 700 drybag tail bag, after my tail bag was slashed open and all my contents stolen on a recent trip (they didn't steal the whole bag as they couldn't get through the Kriega steel core strap) and finding out my travel insurance will not cover me (as apparently I did not take all reasonable steps by putting my contents in bags that could be slashed open) I need to revert to hard panniers for European trips, it has cost me enough to replace my belongings and bike gear.
BUT I don't have the spacers for the rails to refit the OEM panniers.
Does anyone have a diagram or know the spacer dimensions so I can have some more made, which I am guessing will be easier than trying to find original metal spacers.

How unfortunate. I'd also look for another insurer too. Asking what would be covered. That is one reason I like hard bags but have been thinking of going to a soft bag system. Good luck in your search. Hopefully someone will know.

That truly sucks that, because they didn’t take the bag, they wouldn’t pay out. That is the kind of low act where you name the insurance company so that everyone can ditch them.

I’m guessing you don’t have the facilities to make the spacers either. I’ve custom made many spacers over the years.

I’m a long way from home without the bike so I’m no help to you in the short term with those dimensions.

What are the spacers for ? If you haven’t got the pillion handles on ? I’ve never used any spacers.

Ah ok, I haven't tried fitting yet, I just thought the spacers may be needed to connect with the bottom support mount coming off the footpeg bracket.

No, the spacers in my photo go between the top pannier mount bar and the stock hand rails.
yes thank you, i was of that, I was meaning in another response Vanny had said he didn't use the spacers if he didn't have the handrails, which i don't, I was meaning I thought you would need the spacers at the top behind the rails, as you correctly state, to ensure the bottom locating bracket on the panniers align with the responding bracket that comes off the passenger footrest bracket,
