So what's the big deal? Those guys didn't have selectable Traction Control or ABS, like us :))

Cool shot!

Thanks!

Wow. That's pretty impressive. Uncomfortable looking seats though.

That is an OLD beast.......... Its almost as sophisticated at the computer on my new Super Tenere ! :D The dash looks the same! :D

Kidding aside, If all this was not 100% authentic for the last 25 years I would almost think all those computers in there where a joke... That is truly amazing to me all the equipment, and what it has to go though... As we all know, this flying machine as been up dated many time, but this thing was going to space in pretty much this same configuration 25+ years ago.......... WOW.... NASA is Da'Bomb

Yeah, I know that all of the flight instruments were originally separate analog individual instruments. In this pic, the instruments are displayed on video screens. It was surely an enormous cost to produce specialized video monitors that could be connected to the original wiring harness that could also withstand -5 up to 20 g's

Cool place to be ... ever seen inside an Abrams M1A2 .... the Stryker command vehicle is also cool .... screens everywhere monitoring realtime stuff from UAV's, multiple GIcams, n everyfink. I love all of that kinda kit.
