I need to shim out my left-side Jesse pannier to make it level.
If you're familiar with the luggage, I'm putting the shim under the black Delrin piece that hooks onto the bottom bar - it has four bolts through it.
I made a shim from acrylic but would like to find a piece of black Delrin to match the Jesse part I'm shimming.
My shim is 180mm x 50mm x 9mm. I can cut a piece of scrap to fit or if anyone knows someone willing to cut one for me I'd appreciate that even more. (I'll pay for it.)

Thanks for any help.

**UPDATE**

I've never had this happen before.
After posting, I figured I'd check eBay to see what was there in the way of Delrin.
I located a piece of scrap already cut that is merely .398mm wider than I need.

I think I can live with that variance.

Isn't the Information Age wonderful?

While it sounds too basic, a lot of plastic kitchen cutting boards at stores like Dollar and Bed Bath Beyond are made of half-inch thick HDPE. For this kind of use, they'd work fine. You might have to replace them after a number of years since they generally are not UV stabilized and will yellow.

I shimmed the racks to get things squared up, not the boxes.

The rack looks to be out of spec so I'd either have to correct it with a crow bar or shim it a good amount to get things level.
I thought about shimming the rack but I ride without the boxes on the bike the majority of the time and
since the boxes were off and in front of me, dealing with them made more sense.

The racks are only held on at three points each. Add or subtract shims (washers) at the bottom mount and it shifts the whole rack to perpendicular. Toe in or out is one point each side as well. No bending. I thought it was rather simple. Adding shims to the bottom rail on the boxes will cause the top fastener to be out of square with the rack.
