This is a smooth seat cover made by an upholsterer. Marine grade vinyl and fits nice. You would have to remove your cover and use a staple gun to install this cover.
If you don't like the Gripper material on yours now, this is the perfect replacement. $25.00 plus shipping.
Thanks for looking.

Would you happen to have any pics of the cover installed?

Not a real good one, but this would give you an idea. The pad is not trying to cover any flaw, just good for my butt.. ::025::

Re: Smooth Seat Cover

Thanks for the pics. I had been thinking that the way the gripper surface kind of tugs my skin while riding might account for the discomfort of the stock seat. Did the smooth cover increase your comfort?

For me it was like night and day. I absolutely despised the OEM cover. I did most of my riding touring, and I needed to move my butt.
Also my boys did not like being garoted at every stop.
I did the seat mod and it was ok, but with the smooth surface it was heaven. At least for me..

I'm interested, is it waterproof and can you tell me what shipping to Sarasota FL would run? Zip code is 34238.

The cost would be 6.00, so total of 31.00, and yes it is waterproof unless you sink it... ::025::
Thanks for looking.

Thanks for the shipping info. Any rips/tears in the area where the staples were from removing it?

There was one small tear at one of the staple holes. Nothing that I would worry about, and I'm pretty particular. I have it boxed and ready to go, so can't take a pic.
