One section of one pole is slightly bent (curved) and no big deal if oriented with the curve of the pole when pitched (if that makes sense).

No rips, tears, stains, etc... Maybe a little mud here and there.

Used 15-20 times

Yes, they are pre-bent out of the box. I have one pole with one section that has a little more curve than normal. It still works fine and it isn't bent enough to compromise strength. Just trying to be honest in my assessment with what I'm selling.

Advertised packed size is 9" X 21". I'd agree with those dimensions. I have packed the inner and outer tents, poles and stakes easily in the compression stuff sack that came with the tent. Fortunately, it's not one of those tents that never go back into the original stuff sack once you remove it for the first time. To decrease the diameter and length of the packed size I sometimes remove the inner tent and poles from the stuff sack and pack them somewhere else on the bike.
