ProTaper ADV Low bars that I've already tapped for the stock bar end weights. $75 (These are great bars, but I'm going to get the High bars to try them out).

Pics of the setup on the bike:

NOTE: You will more than likely need extended brakelines to run this setup (RISERS+Bars). I highly recommend Rideonadv.com brakelines. You can try to get away with the altrider mod to the hardline mounts, but that's personal preference.

Rox risers are sold.

Re: FS: Rox Risers for Gen II S10, and Protaper Evo Adventure Low bars

love the all black set up.

I have arms like a T-rex, and stand up often.
I went with Rox 3.5" risers and a low bend renthal on my 2012, Magic.

Just ordered the rox yesterday for 107 shipped. Too funny, like ships passing in the nite. Enjoy your new racks.

LOL I'm changing things again after only having these bars for about 3 weeks, I want to change the setup. I have short arms, maybe comically short. So I have a set of Stock bars (if you're interested...)

I have the Rox Risers for the '14+ S10 Part number 1RP2PPS10K in black. $80

Please post pics of the high bars once you mount them.

Will do. I always enjoy adding reviews/content to the forum to help out other t-rex's with the same first world problems ::001::

Hey, do you have a photo of the high bar without the riser? If i ditch my riser and use protaper evo adv without it. Do i need longer brakeline for this setup.

I say yes to longer lines. Others say no. They're easy to install, and they gravity bleed without issue (No ABS mucking at the dealer). If you order them from Jaxon (RideonADV) he'll give you instructions on how to do it.

Yes, you can ditch the risers with the ADV Highs unless you wanted to use something like a bar-back riser (Which I haven't used). I used the ADV Highs for about a year and and a half, then dropped back to ADV lows with no riser and a seat concept low seat because I wanted to change it up. Honestly my butt hurts more on the seat concepts low seat, but the arm, shoulder and wrist seem to be more comfortable. The ADV highs work well if you have a seat like the Russel Day long saddle which puts the rider up higher. This was a good combo as long as you have the inseam to reach the ground with the stock height suspension. I would never recommend lowering an S10. I was extremely disappointed with lowering the suspension. That's the advantage of owing this bike. If I want something lower I'll buy a sport touring bike. Really have to play with the ergo's to make it work for shorter folks.
