I just purchased the bike, and have no need for these panniers. I have the rack (one mark on each corner made during transport from a tie down), and the two side cases (black in color) - all in great condition. The tumblers are keyed to my ignition, so those should probably be changed to barrels with your key code. I attempted to make some non-Yamaha keys yesterday, and only one worked....if positioned just right. I do not have a top box....just the side cases and rack.
All hardware for installation is included, and I'll throw in the Torx T50 security bit for the passenger handle screws. I accept Paypal, but add 2.9% or pay as a Gift for 0% fees.
