I know this set up is not at all for the Tenere, but maybe it will work for one of your "other" rides. I have two pieces of new motorcycle luggage; a Tourmaster TB-12 Tank Bag and the T-Bags Convertible Luggage System (TBU700C4). I got these for Christmas two years ago and sold my Triumph before I could use them. The will not work on my current motorcycle.
The tank bag is a Tourmaster 12 Liter, water resistant, magnetic tank bag. It does NOT have any tags, but it has never been used. I placed it on top of my Triumph America just to see how it would fit. It fit perfectly and the magnets are super strong; I can’t see this one coming off. It’s very well made and comes with a rain cover and shoulder strap. The underneath side of the big is incredibly soft to keep from scratching your motorcycle’s finish.
Inside the bag, it states that the dimensions are 13” L x 9.5 “ W x 6-9.5” H.
I think this is identical to the Cortech Tank bag. Details on inside tag state: Name - T/M Nylon Bag (TB-12) Magnetic. Part # 82-376
What you see is what you get. The reason I purchased this bag was for the quality and all the little compartments that it has, as well as the removable map “cover”. I think the retail cost on this bag was about $90. You won’t be disappointed.
The other item is a Convertible T-Bags Custom Travel Bag w/Soft Top Roll Bag; Part No. TBU700C4. This is a new item with tags. It has never been used or mounted. I wanted to use this with my Triumph that had a backrest, but wound up selling it and the bike that I have now does not have a back rest. - This is designed to be used with a backrest and luggage rack.
Again, what you see is what you get. The rain cover is included even though it is not pictured. I found it in the bottom compartment after I took the pictures. This luggage system is designed for bikes with a backrest and luggage rack. The luggage has an MSRP of $215. Very nice quality item, you will not be disappointed.
