SOLD - I bought this for my 38L Touratech Zega Pro pannier. Worked great and I really like the design of having a top zipper panel so you can get into the bag while it's in the pannier w/o removing the bag, but also a large side zipper panel for loading/access when it's out of the pannier. Dimensions are 14" long x 9" wide x 14" high. This should work in any number of panniers. $40 shipped in CONUS. Great Biker Gear brand from the UK.
