2014 Yamaha Super Tenere, matte gray, with 8500 miles. The bike is in Groton, CT which is in the south eastern corner of CT. I love this bike and am only looking to try something else. If it doesn't sell, I will be perfectly happy keeping it. PM me here or email amc31b@yahoo.com
Sold
I purchased the bike new in May of 2015 and it has been farkled to the gills. It has been maintained meticulously and ridden conservatively. This machine needs absolutely nothing and is ready to go anywhere, anytime.
Full disclosure: The bike did tip over in a parking lot once but the only damage was a scratch on the the crash bar and a scuff on the plastic corner of the pannier box. The bike fell under its own weight on the right side and the scratch on the crash bar was touched up. There was zero other damage.
As for farkles and upgrades, this thing has just about every add on and upgrade you can think of besides the perhaps the suspension and extra lighting.
Here is a run down of most of the upgrades, there are probably some I am forgetting:
Full SW Motech protection package including skid plate, crash bars and axle sliders. Note- the skid plate has been powder coated black.
Full SW Motech Luggage system with side cases, top case, quick detach mounts as well as a passenger back rest and reflective decals on all cases.
SW Motech Mirror wideners.
Alt Rider side stand foot and brake pedal enlarger.
Alt Rider header guards and swingarm pivot guard.
Puig Touring windshield and Side winglets.
Propsoto Accessory bar stabilizers.
Rox Pivoting Handlebar risers
Ride-on ADV Stainless steel extended brake and clutch lines.
ECU Custom Tuned by Anthony Corcella.
Arrow Slip on Exhuast.
Denali Compact sound bomb horn
Extended battery tender lead running up to the handlebar.
Size 14 Yuasa battery, only one year old.
RAM accessory mount on the accessory bar.
Upgraded seat, the seat Concepts gripper top seat kit.
All bulbs have been converted over to top quality LED's.
All drain plugs have been upgraded to magnetic.
The tires are Mitas E-07 and only have about 1500 miles on them. 95% life left.
Both axles, the drive shaft and all control pivots have been greased.
All fluids were flushed, spokes were torqued and throttle bodies were balanced recently, at 7,500 miles.
All stock parts and a factory service manual come with it.
Some lightly used riding gear such as jackets, helmets and boots are also available if interested.
Here are some pictures, there will be more coming soon:
