I second that emotion, “Nice Bike”!!!

Also, I have a question about the brand of accessory you have hanging off of the windshield support brackets. That looks great. Can you share a few details so I can try and find one for myself? Image below:

Sorry I can't help you with the name of the GPS bracket as it came with the bike when I purchased it. It does work well and there is no vibration.

for those who are considering a new to them S10 these are my thoughts . Gen 1 Vs Gen 2 ; I've have owned both . the gen1 is stone cold reliable less doodads to fail and for me my gen 1 felt like it had the torque thing down pat ,way easier to ride in some ways . the gen 2 Yamaha tried to spice it up a bit and for me it lost something and I still have my 2019 but ive never really liked it as much as my old Gen 1 . and for that reason and a few others to boring to list I ride less .
if you have not owned either generation you will love the gen 1 .and gen 1 are cheaper than gen 2 . I wish I would have kept my black gen 1 .

I agree with Madhatter in comparing Gen 1 and Gen2. I prefer the analog dash on Gen 1, the stiffer suspension and the refashed ECU on the Gen 1 makes the bike feel like a hotrod compared to the sluggish non flashed Gen2. I do like the electronic suspension adjustment on the Gen 2 but it is rediculously soft.

No it is all stock. The driveway is slanted making it look lower on one side.
Ah, that makes sense. Thanks for the clarification. Also, thanks for you and @Madhatter for chiming in on the Gen 1 bikes. I'm still in research/soon-to-purchase mode and this information is helpful.

Well, it’s either good or bad depending on how you look at it. I show your bike to my wife and she goes, “ooh, the Black Hornet!” If you name it, you have to buy it? Is that how it goes?
Now to figure out how to get from AZ to NC…

I own a 2022 with 10K miles from new and find it has a great range of suspension between soft and hard. There are a lot of possible suspension settings between max soft and max hard with varying levels of preload as well. Maybe you need to adjust the settings or possibly you have a failed system. Suspension can be dialed in extremely hard with no front fork dive at all. Tire pressures can be set according to terrain.

It should also be mentioned that Yamaha has been working each year since 2014 to refine Gen2 which has as of 2023 standard electronically adjustable suspension, cruise control, heated grips, strengthened wheels, improved fuel injection, improved throttle by wire system, improved gear ratios, more instrumentation, better fuel mileage and more. (see forum year to year changes) Gen2 can be flashed or modified to achieve higher performance or customized ECU settings. To say Gen1 is better than Gen2 is not an accurate statement, Yamaha would disagree with that.
