Somebody mentioned there ought to be a So-Cal get together, so lets do it!

Date: Saturday, April 6
Place: Hell’s Kitchen, 32685 Ortega Highway, Lake Elsinore, CA
Time: 11:00 AM to ?

If you haven't been here, it's pretty cool. A real 'Biker Bar', it's dedicated to all things motorcycle.

Who's in?

That's a long way to ride for lunch Tim! But Palomar is better on a weekday.

I like 2-3-4 day trips and most of that area is hard to not like. Definitely planning a weekday ride for Palomar. also planning on visiting Mount Wilson Observatory and Lick Observatory (Mount Hamilton). Observatories usually provide good motorcycle riding. Nacimiento-Fergusson Road is another scenic twisty experience. I have never ridden it from Hwy 1. Plus it is always good to meet Bob Wallace for a ride when in Central California and Tom Schmitz when in SoCal.

The only thing that could stop me from enjoying this trip is finishing the new addition to our Pawn, Jewelry, and Gun store. So close but so far.

Just a reminder that next Saturday, if your not doing anything, why don't you take a ride to Hell's Kitchen for a meet and greet of some of the Southern California Tenere owners.

Hey Carl. I am making this a four day trip. Last time I checked Tom Schmitz will be riding his RT or KLR. Also invited BluByU (sold his Super Tenere) on his new Explorer.

Had a good time visiting with Carl, Tom, Bob, Nick. Two Tenere's, one Explorer, one Tiger XT, and a RT. Tom thanks for lunch. Love the east side of Ortega. The weather was perfect. There was a local poker run and more Chrome Noise than a person should tolerate.

Nice to meet you Bob and Nick.

LA Freeway Hell, 126, 150, Ojai, 33, 166, 101, 1, Morro Bay for the night. Next day was Hwy 1, Cayucos, Old Creek Rd, Santa Rosa Creek Rd, Cambria, 1, Ragged Point, Nacimiento-Fergusson Road, Mission Rd, Jolon, San Lucas Rd, San Lucas, 198, 25, Tres Pinos, 152, Casa de Fruta, 33, Gustine, 140, 165, Turlock, 99, Home. About 800 miles.

Carl are you interested in trying my OEM shock with the Eibach 850 spring? It would help you get the sag you want. The problem I had with the adjuster had nothing to do with the shock. Let me know.
