Silver OEM Panniers off a 2012 S10

A friend of mine is offering to sell me his Tusk Panniers in black and I'm thinking of taking him up on his offer. I currently have the OEM style panniers that came with my S10. Looking too see what I can get as far as offers for both bags and the mounting racks. At work today, can't get pictures, but will update with pictures tomorrow.
