Hi to all, It will be good to have an idea of how the roads are around the world.
Pictures for sure will be better than 1000 words.
Good and bad paved, as well as dirt, primary and secondary roads.

the pothole just covered! in rainy season you will have a lot of potholes in my town.

It hard to see from the pictures, or even in person, how rough the road is. Suspensions get a workout. I've seen many unpaved roads on here that are smoother.

Some of our paved roads are pathetic but they do keep the suspension repair shops quite busy.

Well this photo from google maps (yes I’m lazy) from my town center sums it up pretty good. Good tarmac roads and cobblestone roads. Bit slippery when wet but no problem when riding normal.

You might want to invest in a proper skid plate then...

My son and I have been shopping for skid plates for our Super Tenere's. We almost pulled the trigger on the T-Rex units but the postal charges to Nova Scotia almost doubled the cost. In the mean time we've resigned ourselves to less technical routes.

There was no way I was going to cross that sketchy pole and plank bridge. There was a way around it but that meant a very steep and loose drop to the creek bed and an even steeper climb out on the other side. My boy made it but I refused to follow.

Ok, you win. Your roads are much worse than mine. I suspected that your question about all of our roads being paved were connected to commuting, more than playing.
