Work I don't do (retired), unless you want to count my basement "project", but my broken wrist has kept me off ANY bike for the last month and for at least another 2 months I'm guessing. Sure fun shopping for farkles in the meantime!!!

My dealer just called me and said yamaha won't be delivering my bike till July! And mine was one of the first ordered. Anyone else on the east coast here anything like this. Is my dealer screawing me and selling the bike out from under me!?

Yes, my dealer here in Florida said that the bikes would arrive through a port on the west coast, so bikes destined to east coast dealers will suffer the longest in country distribution delays.

My VA dealer is waiting for some update on my bike delivery but it's looking like July so far maybe June if things go right. Yamaha CS did call me back today and said bikes are on schedule to start delivery in May but he couldn't pull order numbers and said basically first in first out for the bikes.

I just read through the delivery dates thread. I can handle the bikes being delayed from Yamaha. But me always assuming the worst, I was really thinking that my dealer was selling the bike out from under me! And I would have to reorder and go back to the front of the line. Hey it happened to me on a couple of car deals.
