I purchased this thing in 2011-2012. When I speak to the mic, the playback volume is awful.0 Super low voice with a lot of white noise. I tried updating the firmware 3 times already. I was stuck at 90%., then disconnected, rebooted , and reinstalled. Now,the sena app on my pc tells me that it fails to recognize my device. cannot open usb. Sena utility on my samsung note 10 keeps asking me to activate blutooth.

Do I hulk smash it? donate it to someone? or just bury it?

Wow, i am just going to nuke this thing so it won't frustrate or waste someone else's time.

Did you try the factory reset?

Sena have very good customer service ping them an email.
I was able to update the firmware. However, the sena software keeps insisting on not finding this unit. Funny thing is that I was able to get decent recording a few times after the update. It is not consistent for some reason. I will try factory reset next.
