The Seat Concepts front seat is slighter wider and flatter front to rear, plus is about an inch higher in front. Foam seems slightly harder, but when ordering you can ask for the softer foam. Rear seat is just a new cover to match the front.

So what your saying is you installed it to your OEM seat pan took it out for one ride and took it off and reinstalled the OEM pad and cover back on?
It is a harder seat I have one it takes time to get acquainted with it.
If your a light weight person the OEM is fine.
It's much more forgiving than say a Corbin brick seat.

I do agree with what is quoted above. After my SC mod, I was instantly happier with the seat. However, it did take 1,000 miles or so for me to become accustomed to the seat, and have it become a significant improvement.

That's what I did.
Leaving on a 6 month trip in a few days and couldn't take the chance that the seat would not work. Yes, Iam a light weight
