I can't see why it wouldn't. All the aftermarket seats are based off the original seat pan mold

All aftermarket seat pans are not exact copies, some are very different like Corbin.

Looking at the Sargent, it does appear to be a very close copy, but they removed some foam to make room for their storage box, that's the large recessed area in their foam. That's a gap that would need to be accounted for with an insert of foam for use with a stock seat pan.
