Very nice. Does the seat have the slope of a stock seat, or relatively flat. Thanks for the review.

Nice looking seat. I was wondering what those would look like on a Tenere. I had saddlemen seat on a previous bike that worked real good. May check in to one of those in the future.

I would say it's flatter then the stock, it doesn't push my forward at all.

Looks pretty sweet. How much $s?
Gunny- if your looking at the standard all black seat shop around, I've seen them from $425 all the way over $600 for the same seat If your gonna do the custom route just call Saddlemen and they will sort you out.

hI had the Saddelmen Heated Adventure Track seat on my KTM Adventure 990 and hated it! The stock KTM Seat was more comfortable and it was terrible at best. I find the S10 Stock seat to be not bad... The Saddlemen seat would turn a not back stock seat into a terrible seat.

I know every one is different but if I can save someone a few hundred bucks then mission accomplished.

Are both seats heated and is there a controller?

I'm guessing you have to send them your stock seat so they can use the seat pan, correct?

Saddleman seat comes complete, you don't send them anything. I had a gel seat like the above on a Multistrada, but not the heated version.

Nothing but good reports on the one for the S10 so far. I have the non-heated version coming in the mail and will post a full report. My biggest problem with any stock seat is how you sink into the soft foam and it puts pressure in the crotch region. The split in the Saddlemen is what initially drew my attention, then a couple of good reports put me over the edge.

I saw your report on You Tube and when you got to the "it got rained on" part, I was hoping you were going to talk about how the center drains. Is there a gap there that I just can't see, or does it trough in there and you just blot it out?
Thanks

I also have the Saddlemen Track. Much more comfortable than stock and heated too. Does not push you forward and I like the rear seat anchor points for a tail bag. My instructions from the rep when I left with the new seat " If you have a complaint of any kind and don't let us know, you have not lived up to your end of the deal". Oh, I ride my bike rather than park it in the rain, so the channel has not been and issue.

I also have this seat. I do side to the front sometimes but but I don't think it's because the seat tilts forward. I have about 5K on the seat and it has broken in very nicely. I find it very comfortable. The only thing I don't like about this seat is the suede/ micro fiber cover. It attracts lint and other foreign matter and it's starting to show some ware (spotting) in some areas. Also, if it rains or you wash your bike you will have to wait until that micro fiber cloth dries or you will be sitting on a wet seat. I like the rear seat and it's sticky surface. When you tie down a bag using the side D-rings it stays put. My 2 cents...end
