Yup, that's where I'm at. I don't understand being bored with a bike that does everything that I need/want it to. Throw in the reliability, and cost to boot. Finding the right tires is my only concern.I just came back from giving it a good thrashing. Big smile. Thing is with this bike it just doesn't do anything to make you not like it. You really have to want another bike to change it.
Ameen, it is such a great feeling to totally forget about the bike and focus more on maps and trails to explore...I guess that is why I am stuck in my 2012 one...made me totally disconnected from dealers, trends etc...yet plenty of unforgettable memories...will continue riding it until it decomposes....Yup, that's where I'm at. Dam that is funny! Ride what you love and love what you ride....will continue riding it until it decomposes....
Absolutely. Don't take my satisfaction/love of my Tenere as a slight against your Tiger. Hopefully you're as satisfied with yours, as I am with mine.. . . . Ride what you love and love what you ride.
Thanks but I didn't take it that way at all. Am I satisfied with mine? Honestly it is too early to say, I really feel that you need to have at least 15,000 or 20,000km on it to have made that decision because it takes time to get it set up the way that you want it. For me it checks a lot of the boxes I was looking for and am very satisfied with it right out of the box. Time will tell for the ultimate decision.Absolutely. Don't take my satisfaction/love of my Tenere as a slight against your Tiger. Hopefully you're as satisfied with yours, as I am with mine.
