My Wife and I always take the Jeep out to TruckHaven (North-Westish from Ocotillo Wells) for Thanksgiving so this year I figured I may as well bring the new bike with us. We towed it since we bring our dog and its our first 4xing weekend of the season. Well we get there and I of course had forgotten my boots so instead of riding in my sandles I put on my wifes uggs, better protection (ya right). I mount up the gopro on the front fork and head off, 30 seconds later I hit some sand and down I go. Let me just say I dont have a ton of dirtbiking background and the stock tires about as good in sand as I expected, horrible, I had been hoping for some hard pack. I picked the bike up and had a hell of a time starting it, no idea why that was an issue. I rode around for a few minutes before finially giving up. I love this bike and was glad I brought it out but would never do so again without some better tires for the terrain. Whatever it was a great weekend!

So I guess taking Cut Across over to the Blu-In was out of the question! ::)

Haha, glad you had a good time but everybody here will tell you the s10 does not do well I guess sand, even with good tires. Also after a tip over just cycle the key and it should fire right up.

At least you can buy a decent replacement camera for around $100 still. I like my Nikon CoolPix(s), but the newer ones are even slimmer.

Very true. I will just have to remember that the Jeep bumper is not a proper location for transport of said camera.
You are so right on the jeep bumper thing. I lost my camera (from the hood I think) of the jeep at the racetrack in death valley. We were all the way down lippencott canyon when I figered it out. It's all good though I like the new lumix better. ::008::
