ME too EricV!

I am a long time lurker and soon to be owner of an S10. I had touratech panniers on my old GSA and loved 'em.

Been making a farkle list for the S10 and would LOVE to see silver Zega Pro's on a Raven bike.

Thanks in Advance!

Some shots of my S10 with the Touratech Zega Pros in Silver ano.

These are 31/38L bags.

In answer to the OP's question about foot peg room for the passenger with the Touratech bags, it's not that great. I have a hydration jug on the left and removed the right rear peg, as well as the passenger grab bars and seat, so not great help, but with my size 12's, ball of the foot on the rear peg, I can't avoid hitting the front of the bag. If your passenger has small feet, not so bad. For most, I suspect this would be uncomfortable for anything other than short rides.

The Jesse Bags with the Odyssey racks may offer the most passenger foot room due to the ability to slide the bag forward and back, and the cut of the front of the bag. http://www.jesseluggage.com/yamaha.html

Thank you lsf225 and Eriv V!

I like the looks of your setup allot. Jesse, Micatech & Givi, not so much.

My wife rides pillion probably 2-3 times a year for 50 miles or less each time, do this setup should work out for me.

this is what a 46L looks like on the right side...finds it too wide and causing a bit of air resistance, would get a 33L on both sides if to do again
Just like mine. I'm happy with the setup and glad the SWM racks allow the larger bag and eliminate all the wasted space between the rack and the bike on the right side.

Thanks ColoRider.

I think it was you who turned me onto this great group. I've been on another forum for years and until recently I was undecided on what I'm doing for my next bike.

Alas, the S10 has won my affection and has also received my wife's blessing.

Getting funds in order now, and I hope to "officially" join the crew very early next year. S10, Zega Pro panniers and Givi screen. Other farkles will trickle in over time after that...

I've never had to wait to get a bike before, and it's killing me, but I plan to pay in cash and own it in this economy. Until then I will continue to read about the joy others are having.

Well done! I like your thinking on purchase and wish I could have exercised that same discipline when I got my SuperT. I was able to get in on the 3.99 offer from Yamaha, so that made it a little easier.

Good luck!!!
