Rider assistance

Let me ask this question. What is the opinion of having a rider assistance program? The program would offer some assistance in case the rider needed help finding parts,e.g., tires, tools or someone with a trailer. Some riders may only need a cup of coffee and a little conversation.

While I never wish anyone bad luck, things happen and maybe with a network of willing persons that can help any problem can and will go away quickly.

Please, add any input or if this is a bad idea, just tell me.
