Hello everyone,
I've owned a 2015 Super Tenere since Spring 2016, but learned to ride two wheels on a Vespa - had another Italian bike in between.

Long-time reader of posts here. I'm joining now b/c unfortunately I need to give up riding, which I'm really torn up about, but know it's time due to a combination of reasons.

I will posting the motorcycle and all the other moto gear and apparel. Will begin posting in the Sales forum soon.

Thanks,
Vespa

Welcome back. It’s sad to hear having to give up the joy of riding. I hope everything goes well.

Appreciate it - I've never been to Idaho, but I remember visiting Mount Rushmore in South Dakota and thinking that's one of the best areas I would like to ride.

Welcome back, even if for the unfortunate reason. Good luck with your sales and let AvGeek or I know if you need help.

Checkswrecks - Thanks a lot! Noticed your location - I actually now live in Northern Virginia. Was able to commute to work over the past few days since the weather has finally approved.

Hi Vespa ! Sorry to hear you might be giving up riding two wheels. Any chance three wheels could be another option ? If I was switching to three wheels it would most likely be the CanAm Spyder , I actually took one for a test ride last year out in Nebraska, it seemed very comfortable and easy to drive.

Well then hopefully you've found that there is a lot more to do in the area than ride the bikes.

Not three wheels, but if I did, my kid would want me to purchase the slingshot.

I'm thinking about trying to lighten the possible loss of my motorcycle by replacing it with a Mazda MX-5 (Miata). Probably the closest thing on four wheels that can still provide a visceral feeling on the road after having a motorcycle.
