Rear Tail Luggage Suggestions

I have a 52 Liter Kappa top box and thinking about getting a roller luggage to place on the rear seat for Hotel / Motel Multi Day Road Trips.
Plan is to leave the side case and top box on the bike and only roll in the single roller luggage into the hotel / motel. Traveling with wife on her own ride.

I have an old STAR brand roller luggage but it is falling apart.

Anyone use roller luggage as a rear seat bag / luggage?

I have a rolling backpack from IKEA that splits into two bags. The front small backpack section fits in my panniers, but the larger roller section does not, so I have been known to strap it to the rear seat/rack area (I don't have a top box). I was looking at GIVI bags for the rear rack (back when I had one on my last FJR) that were basically computer rolling bags, but I could never find them here in the US to take a look at them in person before spending the money on them.

I just have a liner for my 52l Givi. Everything I need for the hotel fits in there and that's what goes inside.

I did just ask the same question in the luggage section but wanting a wider audience... [nuked by moderator. Please don't double post.]

I want a flexible luggage system for solo through to 2 up riding and 2 tanklock bags (one on the rank and one in the rear rack) would suit my solo needs. 25 litres x 2 maximum potential.

I also found the Givi fittings can be purchased without the bags so I can attach a small hard case to the rear rack using this system for a fraction of the cost of a full size top box.

Eventually I will fork out for panniers also for 2 up week long trips but for now due to cost I will postpone that purchase.

Has anyone fitted a tanklock bag to the standard rear rack? If so, what bag choice did you go for, any issues and any pics?
