Rear rack solution for traveling 2-up?

I am hoping to talk my wife into doing a little camping with me this year. Typically, when I travel alone, I pack my cases with the stuff I can leave on the bike, tent and sleeping mat in their own small dry bags, and any clothing, toiletries, etc in 1 of my 2 large duffels. I attached the duffel and small dry bags front to back on the passenger seat and rear rack. If she goes, I will need to figure out how to still carry everthing, attached behind her on the rear rack. Problem... Any suggestions?

that's laundry drying on the top case. Not much else in the top case. Bottle of water, snacks, crap.

In the three black bags are:

1. My clothes for 2 weeks.
2. Tent, tarp.
3. Big agnes king Solomon, 2- 2.5" pads, 2 pillows.

The bigger side case is wife's clothes- the whole case.

The smaller one is camp stove, tools, first aid, crap.

If you go this route, you should put some vinyl on top of your cases if you care about scratches.

Notice the left side has one bag. that's to make it easier to get on the bike.

No issues adding all of that weight on the Yamaha cases? That's the part I was worried about. I had Zegas on my old VStrom and no reservations about piling on whatever I could. Not so much with the stockers I have.

No issues at all. I shed the boxes for the off road stuff, though. Well, most of the time.

I wouldn't worry about it at 2 up pace.

I'm guessing I was more than double the "rated" capacity.

Probably loaded it up like that a dozen or so times at this point with 1 trip lasting 2 weeks.

I've dropped it offroad on both sides with the cases on. A few times...

Only have a slight dent in one case to show for it.

Mrs b says her height doesn't matter. She stands on the left peg with her left foot and throws a leg over. I get on the bike first and she puts a hand on my shoulder. Her entire weight is in the left peg.
