What is the screw size for the 4 bolt holding the headlight.

Easiest way to find info like that is look at the parts list for that assembly available at any of the online parts suppliers

Screw diameter or allen wrench size? I think they're both six millimeter. The wrench is probably actually a five mil.

I don’t know but they are prime contenders for replacement with stainless steel bolts…
