I just got a new set of boots and I am having trouble shifting now. Is there a way to raise the shift lever up so that I can get the toe of the new boots under it? I tried a search but couldn't come up with anything.

Yep, the linkage rod needs to be adjusted, loosen off the two 10 mm nuts, at top and bottom, and move in desired direction. Re tighten 10 mm nuts.

easy peasy.

Such an easy-peasy adjustment too. Loose the jam nuts then turn the knurled portion on the rod. Just finished adjusting mine after switching to Forma adventure boots.
