I'm selling the panniers and top case from my 15 ES. However, I didn't install them and need to know if the base plate for the top case should stay with the bike, or, does it go with the case? Put another way, does the bike come with a base plate that will accept the top box?
The bike looks mighty funny with the box base plate removed as in something should be there from the factory if you didn't have a top box.
