Puig Touring Windscreen Questions

For those of you who have mounted the Puig windscreen on the stock windshield mount: Have you had any issues with the hand guards contacting it when turning the bars from lock to lock? Secondly, would you consider the reduction of buffeting and/or wind noise worth the cost of the screen? Thanks in advance.

It works great for me
No issues but at 6'3" I have it raised as high as it would get

My used 13 came with a Puig installed, no I haven't noticed any wind deflector clearance issues, i'm 5' 10" and it seems to work well enough for me but yes i'm pretty sure it could be better , but from what i've seen out there i kinda think when it comes to the Tenere the windshield manufactures need to go back to the drawing board and start over ,don't just try to change someone else's design slightly.

Thanks for the replies, folks! My question was mainly due to the fact that the Puig windscreen for the FJ-09 apparently gets in the way of the handle bar guards, so says the reviews. I was hoping it wasn't the same for the Tenere! I may have to pull the trigger on one for next season. I can't really argue with the price of the thing.

I have the 22" Puig screen paired up with an adjustable mount from Madstad Engineering (part #Tk-2014), I just completed a 2200 mile trip and found the ease of adjustability a real bonus, hot days more air flow, rain and adjust up for a little more protection. Plus the cross bar provides a great mount for the GPS.
