I have bought one bike that is 2015 XT1200Z from Canada. The ABS light has been lit, and ABS is not working properly. who can tell me how to check or what the problem is. . .

Not alot of information to go on, but make sure the Sensors on the wheels haven't been knocked off improperly installed for starters. Are you saying the light never turns off even after riding it a short distance?

If you're under warranty, take it in to the dealers to fix. Most likely a wheel sensor or broken wire.

Welcome to the forum with your first post. As Koinz wrote, we can't help much with so little info.

Try putting your symptoms in the search box and you might find your own answer.

When I bought my bike (brand new) I noticed the ABS light was on as I left the dealership and did not go off after a block or so. I turned around and went straight back. After a bit of back and forth with the salesman and service manager, a mechanic came out and found the front ABS sensor cable sheared off. I think what happened is when the dealer set up the bike, which involves installing the front wheel, they failed to align the slot on the hub disk that holds the sensor with the tab on the fork leg. The hub disk/plate then rotated with the front wheel ripping the sensor from the end of the cable.

Check the front sensor cable and routing.

I had the same issue with the ABS light staying on. Found out that when the bike was assembled a screw was through the sensor cable. Dealer repaired it under warranty, no problem.
