power cut for first 3 gears

hi all,

i read e post about the power restriction on e first 3 gears of e bike and i must say its a big wet blanket on such a wonderful machine.. its weird having a forth gear that pulls stronger then the third..!! anyway of getting around it without going thru the expensive ecu flashing or installing piggy back ecus?
