So I know most of us use the bike to charge stuff, but I was curious if anyone has used one of the solar chargers that REI sells? Its intended for hikers and stuff, but I am sure it would work for the bike as well. My physical therapist has one and he loves it. He said he has used it to charge his iphone and other electronic devices while hiking for multiple days. He says he has used it on overcast days and it still charges. He would just tie it to something on his pack and have it charge while hiking, then at camp he would charge his phone. You can also hook it into a wall and charge the battery for later use.
