I had mentioned that I was having some decel popping just off idle with my Arrow slip-on and have found that the connection from the header to the slipon was my culprit. Some slip-ons will use the oem spacer seal at the joint. The Arrow is sized so that it fits fairly snug straight onto the header and is held with a clamp. At first, I connected it with no High-temp silicon sealant. As it turns out, that was allowing the backpressure on decel to suck air in at that point and contribute to the popping.
After cleaning this well and sealing the connection with high-temp silicon sealant and re-installing the popping has gone away and now I only have a low growl on decel.
