How are you mounting your phone on to your super tenere? I am looking for ideas.
thanks

Could you please list each of the items in your mount?
Thanks. It is hard to see where you exactly attached the u-bolt. Is it on your handle bar?I bought this package twice from GPS City on Amazon.

The 1" rubberized ball is just the connection between the mount, arms, base. You need to make sure the u-bolt size will fit the bar you want to mount it to. The one I linked above lists 0.5" to 1.25" diameter. The x-grip comes in different sizes for phones, tablets, etc. I have samsung phones, and I can get it to work pretty well. Make sure you glue the rubber feet on the x-grip to the metal arms. I always use the rubber mesh to make sure the phone stays on the x-grip. I ride offroad on my WR250R and have never had the phone dismount.
I have tried them all the last few years and the QuadLock is hands down the best:How are you mounting your phone on to your super tenere? I am looking for ideas.

Hmm, this thing looks sweet. Not bulky.I have tried them all the last few years and the QuadLock is hands down the best:

Oh, my <10cm measurement was for the circumference. So, 2 x Pi x R = 10cm. > R = 1.59. 2R =~ 3.18cm or 1.25 inch. It was shown in one of the reviewers' pictures.I have this on my MadStad crossbar. It's very clean looking, and so far works just as advertised.

It is also quite robust. I have my QuadLock for over a year now for a iPhone 7 and it is extremely functional and it is a plus that the proprietary phone mount doubles as a phone case.Hmm, this thing looks sweet. Not bulky.
Try using SIRI “lost call”, if you have intercomto check if anyone has called.
I will be using the phone for navigation back up, and control gopro 7 black. I guess I need a separate discussion for a good navi system that I can move from one bike to another.Try using SIRI “lost call”, if you have intercom
