Parabellum shipment time

I ordered a Parabellum windshield Monday. . . . . Nothing yet, not even a shipment notice. For those of you who have ordered from them did you receive notice when it shipped ? Or did it just show up, and how long was your wait?
Yes, I know I could call them, but then someone would have to stop and answer the phone, and that could slow down my delivery ::025::

I am trying to remember... I don't recall any issues. I will say this, I had a large rock hit it in northern BC and put a star fracture in it when it was a few weeks old. They were pleased to send me a replacement, which I thought was going above and beyond, because the rock was not their fault at all.

Ahhh... it comes back to me... our original order was needed fast as we were heading for the Yukon Rally. Sharon had totaled her F650 GS and with one week to go before departure picked up an S10. We had to outfit it in a hurry, so I called Parabellum to see about getting two fast (one for her, one for me). Charly answered himself and took care of us so we had the order in time. In fact, all of the vendors we dealt with did the same. It was pretty amazing.

I would just call if I were you. Great folk and I am sure they would rather you were satisfied than worry about a few minutes on the phone.

I ordered on a Friday & got it the next Friday with the only notice a UPS email a couple days prior to getting it. Very happy with the product.

I have the 24 incher and it did not fit properly because as you can clearly see on their website pictures that the windshield was designed with risers mounted on the handlebars. Fine if you have risers. I mentioned this to them as I had to do some cutting so the handguards wouldn't hit the windshield and I also couldn't mount it on the lower position. They didn't seem overly concerned. Not sure I'd buy from them again.

I understand you don't want to disturb a worker, but calling them will get you a shield.
I never had a problem with mine and I think the workmanship was top quality.

Thanks for the replies. I didnt know if it was going to be a 5-6 week wait or not. Sounds like not. I will wait for another week, and contact them if I still havent heard anything.

Depends on the backlog, they are pretty good about answering the phone and letting you know.
