Wow, You're right, I didn't realize it was that big when I printed it a couple months ago. Combined with the parts book and owners manual, it's whopping total of 809 pages.

PDFs can easily be added to your IPhone, IPad, ITouch (if you have one, if you don't I don't know what you can do) I have all of my manuals for all of my bikes loaded for use on the road. This beats hauling around 300+ page single side paper manuals on the road

For those of use who don't want to be assimilated into the Apple Collective you can do the same with your Android smartphone.

I have the owners manuals, parts manuals and service manuals for my Tiger, KTM and the ST in searchable .pdf format on my Droidx. It works great!
