I have a project in progress and need to order some emblems as come on the UK Super Tenere. I have the part numbers, but don't have an on line source for UK dealers. I have tried yamabits, but don't see where they sell OEM parts. Would any of our UK members have any source for these?

Thanks,

Fred Z.

Thanks for the suggestions, but Fowler doesn't list Yamaha parts and yamahamotorcyclespares doesn't list 2014 parts. My USA dealer just told me that he has a UK dealer that he does business with, so he is going to see if he can source the parts thru him.

yamahamotorcyclespares does sell 2014 parts, for instance, if you search for the front infill panel only available on the 2014 model it gets listed, ie 2BS-28365-00

Ok, they don't list the 2014 model on their index of XT1200 parts, but when I input the 2014 part numbers I was looking for, I found them.

Thank you.

If you type the Yamaha part number into the parts search field on the Fowlers site they should show the part and option to add to basket, though I suspect all will be order in from distribution centre. I've ordered a few bits from them Spark coil being the latest part plus some decals I trashed. Note they seem to charge full rrp.

If you have a local yamaha shop it might be a good idea to use them. That way if there is a problem you can take the part back to them. They will often send it out in the post to you at cost if you prefer not to have to go in.

Thank you. My local Yamaha dealer has emailed the UK dealer that he does business with and asked for a quote. I think, as you say, this is the best way to go.
